THE MEETING HAD BEEN CALLED TO CONSIDER PLANNING APPLICATIONS AND OTHER URGENT CORRESPONDENCE REQUIRING ATTENTION AHEAD OF THE SCHEDULED AUGUST 2005 MEETING ON 25TH. PRESENT: Councillor J Symonds (Chairman), Councillors Mrs J Barnes, Miss R Brian, W Foster, N Mapp, Mrs V Meek, Mrs L Slade, R Tucker, J Yeo. APOLOGIES. PLANNING MATTERS. It was RESOLVED to 40695 Erection of 9 affordable dwellings (amendments to reserved matters planning permission 38507) (outline planning permissions 32400 & 38171) Penny Hill, Pathfields, Moor Lane, Croyde. It was RESOLVED to 40635 Extension to dwelling Cock Rock, Down End, Croyde. It was RESOLVED to 40628 Removal of condition 10 attached to planning permission 86/2116/28/4 and condition 4 attached to planning permission 39488 (no caravan shall remain on site for a period exceeding 3 weeks) Bay View Farm, Croyde. It was RESOLVED to 40620 Extension to dwelling and formation of dormer window The Stables, Down End House, Down End, Croyde. It was RESOLVED to 40498 Minor alterations to existing dormer windows and erection of new dormer window to West Elevation 1 Orchard Grove, Croyde. It was RESOLVED to 40639 Extension to dwelling Woodstock, Stentaway Lane, Croyde. (b) Application for Certificate of Lawfulness for an existing use of an agricultural and mechanical store, workshops, garaging, builders store, builders yard and equipment facility, land adjoining Fairleigh, Georgeham. Information had been requested by the Legal Services Department which it was felt would assist in the Local Authoritys determination. (c) An application for the renewal of a Public Entertainment (Music or Dancing) Licence Georgeham Village Hall was considered.
